The basic checklist for a pro-woman movie is:

1. Does it have at least two women in it,
2. Who [at some point] talk to each other,
3. About something besides a man.

Applying any “law” to art is always a flawed notion as Winter points out. Still, it’s an interesting exercise to think about film in this way.
